Viber bots operate on a 24-hour session window model. User-initiated conversations start a 24-hour session during which you can send unlimited messages for free. Business-initiated messages or messages outside the active window are charged at standard session rates depending on the destination country.
Go to the official partners.viber.com, log in with your phone number and enter the verification code sent to your Viber app.
Click 'Create Bot Account' and complete the form: avatar (min 300x300px), account name, unique URI, category, description, and website.
Upon creation, Viber will generate a unique App Key (Access Token). Copy it and store it securely.
Log into SMSBAT, go to Viber Chatbots under Integrations, click 'Add Bot', paste your token, and click Connect.
