Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which NOETIKOS LTD ("we", "us", "our", operating as SMSBAT) handles refunds, cancellations, and disputes for our B2B SaaS platform and APIs.

1. Prepaid Balances (Top-Ups)

Funds added to your SMSBAT account via top-ups are non-refundable once they have been consumed to send messages (SMS, Viber, WhatsApp) or utilize API endpoints.

If you have an unconsumed balance and wish to close your account, you may request a refund of the remaining unconsumed funds within 30 days of the top-up transaction. Refunds for unconsumed funds will be processed back to the original payment method, minus any processing fees incurred during the original transaction.

2. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to any of our monthly or annual recurring plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellations: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the subscribed features until the end of that cycle.
Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Refunds are only issued if a technical fault on our end prevents you from accessing the service and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Failed Message Delivery

SMSBAT relies on major telecom networks (Rakuten Viber, Meta, carrier aggregators). Delivery of messages is subject to network stability and carrier policies. We do not issue refunds for messages that fail delivery due to reasons outside of our direct control, including but not limited to: recipient phone being off, invalid numbers, carrier spam filters barring the message, or the user blocking the sender ID.

4. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

If you believe an incorrect charge has been applied to your credit card or bank account, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue amicably before contacting your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your SMSBAT account and associated API keys.
